Get a great workout—and feel sexy while doing it! This Cardio Dance class is inspired by one of my favorite dances, the Cha-Cha-Cha. We’ll combine fast footwork and dynamic dance moves to target your abs, legs, and booty. You’ll gain confidence while having fun and breaking a sweat all at the same time! Work your entire body as I break down moves like the Cucaracha, Salsa, Cuban Breaks, twists, and some fun hip action. Grab your girls or do it on your own. And as a bonus, you’ll be ready to throw on your dancing shoes and hit the town with these steps! So, come join me and let’s cha-cha! All lessons are available now.
Get your heart pumping with Dance Cardio | Cha Cha! This guided workout features my easy-to-learn dance moves designed to improve your health and get your body moving!
Target your whole body with high-energy dance moves in a guided workout. Start with a 10-minute warmup followed by 20 minutes of intense cardio dance moves. Then sculpt your core with 12 minutes of Tabata, followed by a 10-minute cooldown.
This class is self-paced. You can return to the classroom and watch the videos as many times as you want, on any device!
