You've woken up your muscles with my Stretch & Warmup class. Now follow along as I share dance moves designed to get your heart pumping, build muscle, and improve your health—all while having a blast! Work your entire body as I guide you through exercises to target your legs, abs, booty, and more! Whether you work out with friends or on your own, you can start to feel better about your body while learning fun, energetic dance moves along the way!
Get your heart pumping with Dance Cardio! This guided workout features my easy-to-learn dance moves designed to improve your health and get your body moving!
Target your whole body with high-energy dance moves in a guided workout. Start with a 10-minute warmup followed by 20 minutes of intense cardio dance moves. Then sculpt your core with 12 minutes of Tabata, followed by a 10-minute cool down.
This class is self-paced. You can return to the classroom and watch the videos as many times as you want, on any device!
