Let's jive! In this Dance Cardio class, I'm going to share all the fundamentals you need to know to dance a proper Latin American Jive. This dance is notoriously known as one of the hardest, most high-intensity dances, so expect to burn some calories, work out those legs, and tone your body. We'll incorporate iconic Jive kicks, flicks, and jumps while strengthening your core and booty. Get ready to break a sweat, boost your confidence, and have some fun learning this face-paced, sexy, and spirited dance! I'll break down the moves and guide you through these heart-pumping exercises that you can do with your friends or on your own—anywhere and at any time. So, come join me and let's jive! Target your whole body with high-energy dance moves in a guided workout. Start with a 10-minute warmup followed by a focus on toning your legs. Then sculpt your core with 12 minutes of Tabata, followed by a cardio push and then a 10-minute cooldown.
This class is self-paced. You can return to the classroom and watch the videos as many times as you want, on any device!
