About this class
If you want the results, you have to put in the work—but that doesn't mean we can't have fun while giving it our all! In this Dance Tabata class, I'm putting a fun dance twist on some of my favorite calorie-burning, muscle-toning Tabata exercises. Get ready for an intense, full-body workout! Together, we'll go through six rounds of each dance move, giving it 100% for three minutes, resting for one, and then repeating. You will feel the burn. You will work those muscles. And you'll feel great doing it! So grab your water and your towel and meet me in class!
